Visitor Information

We are located inside the Baptist Medical Center, a large trauma center, meaning your loved one will receive high-level of care delivered with expertise and compassion.

We believe that you, as a family member or guest, are an important part of the recovery process, and we welcome you to visit and hope you are as comfortable as possible while you support your loved one.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. For the well being of your loved one, we suggest that visits end by 9 p.m. to allow for adequate rest. If you wish to enter the hospital after 9 p.m., please enter through the emergency room entrance.

The hospital is Wi-Fi equipped for your convenience.

Cafeteria Hours

Our cafeteria is located on the first floor by the main hospital entrance. From Monday through Friday, the cafeteria is open from 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.; 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; and 4:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. On the weekend, hours are limited to 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Parking and Hospital Access

Visitors have several parking options but the main parking lot for the hospital is located on Dallas Street between Navarro and Richmond.

Local Hotel Accommodations

A number of excellent hotels are located within a reasonable distance of the hospital. Please ask a member of our staff for recommendations.
